## About the Role

* Previous experience in an IT Manager, IT Lead or Senior IT Support position.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments and network infrastructure.
 * Excellent cyber security knowledge and experience.
 * Experience supporting a multi-site business.
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
 * The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
 * Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
 * Experience managing third-party IT providers.
 * A genuine interest in developing and improving IT functions over the long term.
 * Apple Mac experience and knowledge is desirable.
 * Experience transitioning IT services from outsourced to internal delivery is desirable.

## Description

* Act as the first point of contact for IT support across the business.
 * Manage and improve IT systems, infrastructure and technology processes.
 * Drive cyber security initiatives and ensure best practice remains embedded across the organisation.
 * Work alongside external IT providers whilst supporting the long-term plan to bring services in-house.
 * Lead and deliver IT projects that improve efficiency, performance and user experience.
 * Manage hardware, software, licences and IT assets.
 * Assess and recommend new technologies to support business growth.
 * Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation.
 * Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.
 * Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
