* Solid experience in Dynamics 365 development, including Dynamics CRM.
 * A good understanding of the Microsoft stack, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
 * Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure.

 * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
 * Confidence in dealing with people at all levels within the business.
 * Experience working with both internal teams and external/3rd-party partners.

 * Providing support for bug fixes and ongoing development as needed.
