* Experience managing automated workflows and maintaining SharePoint sites and lists to support operational processes
 * Experience developing and sustaining dashboards, including preparing highquality datasets through data validation and discrepancy resolution
 * Experience performing whatif and scenario analysis to support leadership decisionmaking
 * Experience with AI tools
 * Ability to identify opportunities for AI enablement within demand processes.
 * Ability to translate complex information for senior leaders, including tailoring messages to broad audiences
 * HS diploma or GED
