This role partners with vendors, business lines, and enterprise stakeholders to align system capabilities with strategic priorities and ensure successful adoption across the organization. The Business Systems Manager is responsible for evaluating business needs, recommending practical technology solutions, developing requirements, supporting implementation, and leading a team responsible for reliable system delivery and service quality., * Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems, including enhancements, releases, upgrades, integrations, and production support. * Support day-to-day business processing needs for internal partners and external clients while advancing the company's strategic initiatives. * Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention of recurring issues. * Maintain clear metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor system uptime, defect trends, backlog, release readiness, and service quality. * Approve and oversee procedures for system management activities, fostering consistency, adoption of best practices, and continuous improvement. * Recommend items for inclusion in the enterprise technology annual operating budget, including in-production systems.
