* 5-8 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events
 * Strong expertise in Apex, LWC,SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
 * Expertise in FSL (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App)
 * Experience with SAP Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs,JSON/XML Processing, Named Credentials, Middleware and SAP integrations
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits
 * Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
 * Ability to perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor developers

Architecture & Design
Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Model, Sharing & Visibility, Large Data Volume (LDV),Performance Optimization, Integration Patterns& Enterprise Application Architecture
