## About the Role

Strong hands-on ABAP development experience.

Experience developing reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, forms, workflows, BAPIs, IDocs, User Exits, and BADIs.

SAP configuration experience, preferably within SAP HR/HCM, Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM), or related SAP modules.

Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations and enhancements.

Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating requirements discussions.

Strong process analysis, solution design, and documentation skills.

Experience creating functional specifications, technical specifications, process flows, and test plans.

Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or traditional SDLC environments. SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) experience.

SAP HR/HCM experience.

Higher Education experience.

Experience supporting large, complex enterprise organizations

## Description

C San Diego is seeking a hands-on SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to support major SAP initiatives, including Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and related enterprise systems.

This role requires a combination of SAP configuration, ABAP development, and stakeholder-facing consulting experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting directly with business owners, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP modules, and performing hands-on ABAP development.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The successful candidate will be expected to actively develop and configure within SAP while serving as a trusted partner to functional stakeholders.
