Preferred technical and professional experience * Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing. * Good domain knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules, with demonstrable knowledge of Absence and Time & Labour. * Leading project implementations. * Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and integrating them with other on-premise or cloud applications. * A good understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud functional areas e.g. Finance, HCM and Payroll, SCM, CX, Logistics. * Good knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud. * Some experience in pre-sales activities such as contributing to proposals, conducting Proof of Concepts & configuring sandbox environments for functional demonstrations. * Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s). ## Description As a Senior Consultant and key member of the project team, you will actively contribute across all phases of the consulting lifecycle. In a client-facing capacity, you will lead and support activities including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design, with a strong focus on Oracle Time & Labour (OTL). You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. You will also help support proposal development, deliver product demonstrations, and expand Oracle Cloud Time & Labour capabilities and offerings. As an experienced professional, you are a self-starter with strong functional expertise in Oracle Time & Labour Cloud, supported by hands-on implementation experience across multiple industries.
