This international law firm, based in sleek offices close to Liverpool Street, is looking for a People Systems Analyst to join their collaborative and forward-thinking HR team., * Previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS). * A keen eye for process improvement and strong problem-solving skills. * Confident producing reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working with technical partners and vendors. * Experience in a professional services or legal environment is a plus, but not essential. ## Description As a People Systems Analyst, you'll take ownership of the firm's HR technology, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, to ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a varied and impactful role that blends technical expertise, analytical insight, and stakeholder engagement.
