Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you'll contribute to the success of our client engagements by sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the recruitment process., * Industry Knowledge: Recruitment experience within the Payments and Fintech & Innovative Technology space. * Sourcing channels, including database searches, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. Initiate contact with candidates through personalized outreach via phone, email, and social platforms. * Candidate Screening and Qualification: Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Gain experience in gathering detailed information on candidates' backgrounds, career aspirations, and preferences to facilitate effective matching with client opportunities. * Pipeline Management: Support the building and maintenance of a database of qualified candidates for current and future client requirements. Learn to ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date in our recruitment database, and assist in regularly reviewing and refreshing candidate profiles. * Client Collaboration: Shadow recruitment consultants to understand client needs, job specifications, and hiring criteria.
