## About the Role

* Experience managing Digital Transformation engagements, including: digital strategy, business analysis/discovery, project / programme planning and systems implementation management.
 * A strong understanding of project/change management and/or business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including one or more of: PRINCE2 or Agile or MSP, Lean Six Sigma or ADKAR
 * Experience of working with, assessing, or implementing leading Business Applications from vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Sage and IFS.
 * The proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
 * Experience leading small teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
