## About the Role

* Degree-qualified in Engineering or significant design experience (3-5years +) in a manufacturing environment
 * Strong background in product development and CAD design
 * Experience managing engineering projects
 * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
 * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
 * Experience working with Screening equipement highly desirable
 * Experience with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer would be advantageous.

* Lead the design and development of new products
 * Manage projects across the full lifecycle - from concept to delivery
 * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide expert input and support
 * Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines are met
 * Review and approve designs, resolving technical challenges
 * Support and mentor junior engineers within the design team
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
