* Have (or expect) a 2:1+ in a STEM degree and strong A-levels (AAB minimum, including an A in Maths).

 * Build and refine robust data transformation packages and create clear, detailed specifications that shape each migration journey.
 * Collaborate with project teams and customers to solve challenges, ensure precision, and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
