You'll ideally have experience in: * Previous experience as an IT Manager or Senior Infrastructure Manager * Ownership of an ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (essential) * Leading ISO 27001 external audits and maintaining certification (essential) * Ownership of Cyber Essentials Plus certification (essential) * Microsoft 365 administration * Azure Identity / Entra ID * Microsoft Intune * Microsoft Defender * Endpoint Management * Identity & Access Management * Cisco Meraki or similar enterprise networking technologies * Vendor and supplier management * Experience managing and developing a small IT team ## Description Have you owned an ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), led external audits and taken responsibility for maintaining certification? Do you have experience driving Cyber Essentials Plus certification and ensuring security best practices are embedded across the business?, Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead their internal IT function while taking ownership of their information security and compliance framework. This is a true player-manager role where you'll combine technical expertise with leadership, managing a small IT team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day running of the IT environment., You'll oversee all aspects of internal IT operations, ensuring the business has a secure, reliable and well-managed technology environment. A key part of the role is taking ownership of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), maintaining policies, controls and documentation, leading internal and external audits, and driving continuous improvement.
