Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Office applications. * Knowledge of PC and Mac hardware diagnostics and component replacement. * Experience configuring and troubleshooting printers, scanners, docking stations, and workplace peripherals. * Basic administration of iOS and Android mobile devices. * Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and basic network troubleshooting. * Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user administration and password management. * Familiarity with endpoint security, antivirus management, malware removal, and software patching. * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
