## About the Role

* Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role within an MSP
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
 * Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
 * Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
 * Strong communication and customer-facing skills

## Description

You'll be responsible for handling escalated support issues, working closely with 1st and 3rd line engineers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse client base., * Provide 2nd line technical support within an MSP environment

 * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests
 * Work with 1st line to assist with issue resolution and knowledge sharing
 * Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring SLA compliance
 * Assist with maintenance, upgrades, and small project work
 * Accurately document issues, fixes, and procedures
