## Description

* Provide technical support to customers, handling product enquiries and cross-referencing requests promptly and professionally.
 * Assist both the internal and external sales teams with their technical requirements, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
 * Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the full Metal Work product range, including features, benefits, options and applications.
 * Navigate company websites and use relevant software tools (SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office suite) to manage and respond to customer requests.
 * Represent Metal Work Pneumatic UK Ltd in a professional manner across all customer interactions, both written and verbal.
 * Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal departments.
 * Follow and uphold company procedures and standards.
 * Undertake special projects or additional tasks as required by the department.
