## About the Role

* 3-5 years of desktop support or technical support experience
 * Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
 * Hands-on experience with device deployments and migrations
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 preferred
This is an onsite opportunity supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer support.
