You'll take raw ideas and rapidly transform them into production-grade applications that empower our global organization. You will architect the Intelligence & Integration Layers that connect autonomous agents directly into Peloton's enterprise infrastructure. We don't care about your specific stack or what programming language you grew up with. We care about systems thinking, engineering fundamentals, product instinct and your ability to ship fast. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON * Take ambiguous problems and turn them into functional, high-performing AI features and standalone tools * Implement standardized integration layers connecting agents to core enterprise systems using secure protocols like MCP * Solve the "State Problem" for AI by building memory architectures and vector stores (Pinecone, Pgvector) that maintain context while strictly adhering to data retention and deletion policies * Partner with Security to implement Identity Propagation (e.g., OAuth On-Behalf-Of flows) and RBAC. Ensure agents execute tasks strictly using the user's specific permissions, eliminating privilege escalation risks * Build "Data Clean Rooms" and automated PII masking/redaction pipelines to guarantee that sensitive member, employee, or proprietary financial data is never exposed to external model providers * Ensure all AI workflows comply with enterprise regulatory standards and internal data governance policies * Deploy continuous evaluation pipelines to test models for hallucinations, prompt injections, data leakage, and performance regressions before code hits production * Implement Semantic Caching and smart routing logic (directing routine queries to smaller, cheaper models) to maintain low latency and efficient inference costs * Participate in creating templates, SDKs, and libraries that enable non-engineers and analysts to "vibe code" and prototype safely without bypassing compliance or security controls, Peloton does not accept unsolicited agency resumes. Agencies should not forward resumes to our jobs alias, Peloton employees or any other organization location. Peloton is not responsible for any agency fees related to unsolicited resumes. ## Related Videos - [Keeping applications secure by evolving OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100152-keeping-applications-secure-by-evolving-oauth-2-0-and-openid-connect) - [HTTP headers that make your website go faster](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1676-http-headers-that-make-your-website-go-faster) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100123-agentic-employees-in-world-s-most-downloaded-fintech-app) - [Delay the AI Overlords: How OAuth and OpenFGA Can Keep Your AI Agents from Going Rogue](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1637-delay-the-ai-overlords-how-oauth-and-openfga-can-keep-your-ai-agents-from-going-rogue) - [Building Products in the era of GenAI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/827-building-products-in-the-era-of-genai) ## Related Articles - [MLOps And AI Driven Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/82-mlops-and-ai-driven-development) - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [What is Software Engineering in the Age of AI?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/640-what-is-software-engineering-in-the-age-of-ai) - [What is Agentic Programming and Why Should Developers Care?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/625-what-is-agentic-programming-and-why-should-developers-care)
