The candidate is responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Owners to deliver exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals. The Product Manager is expected to drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation ensuring effective collaboration across departments and our customers. This role will be a critical strategic liaison between the 3 manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should possess experience in seamlessly integrating solutions across various sites., * Implementing strategies for common solutions across a business * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, executives, and development teams. * How to leverage product data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions. * Skill in negotiating trade-offs and priorities between competing demands. Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. * Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience successfully delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment.
