CCC Competencies * Knowledge of CCC's products and Services * Interpersonal Communication * Project Planning / Management * Conflict Management * Priority Management * Decision Making * Customer Focus * Influential Leadership ## Description The OEM Network Specialist acts as a consultative partner to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to ensure a positive experience by maximizing the value and benefit of CCC's OEM NET products and services. Maintains a deep knowledge of OEM, industry, product, and role in the market. Manages the industry relations portfolio to assist in OEM onboarding certified repair facilities, and creates new OEM implementations, training, and program performance reviews to ensure the client experience is seamless and consistent. Works cross-functionally with CCC account team to ensure key tasks are being managed successfully.
