This role combines product ownership, platform stewardship, ecosystem leadership, and innovation enablement to ensure digital investments remain scalable, sustainable, and valuable over time. The Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of digital platforms - including Product Lifecycle Management, Risk & Requirements, and adjacent R&D capabilities - while adapting to changes in business scale, operating models, and technology. While specific tools and technologies may evolve, accountability for outcomes, value realization, and long term platform health are critical responsibilities of the role. The Manager owns defined platforms, products, or capability areas; may lead people or operate as a senior individual contributor with product accountability; typically, more hands on in execution and delivery; owns capability level roadmaps and onboarding success; scope typically focused on defined domains or subsets of the ecosystem.
