 * Create dashboards, visualizations, and status indicators that simplify complex technical information.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
 * Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve application performance and usability.
 * Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and development standards. - 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience developing modern web applications.
 * Proven UX/UI experience with a demonstrated ability to design intuitive user experiences.
 * Proficiency with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
 * Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
 * Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
 * Experience collaborating with product, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II with strong user experience (UX) expertise to help design and develop an internal status page for our services. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while building scalable and maintainable web applications that improve visibility into system health, reliability, and operational performance.
