## About the Role

* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Robotics, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
 * 7+ years of experience developing control, perception, or automation software for robotics, laboratory automation, or other physical systems
 * Strong foundation in control systems engineering, including state estimation, Kalman filtering, optimal control, model predictive control (MPC), and their application to real world hardware
 * Proficiency developing real time and embedded software in C++, with experience using Python for tooling, testing, performance profiling, and latency optimization
 * Hands-on experience with perception technologies such as sensor fusion, SLAM, or real-time computer vision, along with hardware-in-the-loop testing and modern CI/CD practices for embedded or robotics systems.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

 * Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

 * Laboratory automation, medical devices, or other regulated instrumentation environments
