Become a cybersecurity analyst in the UW-Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS)! This new position will work closely with the CALS Information Security Officer and other IT professionals to support cybersecurity policies and best practices across the college. The cybersecurity analyst will collaborate with CALS IT managers and staff to monitor and analyze threats to networks and systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and information system assets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting endpoint management and security, coordinating incident response, supporting technical compliance, and supporting data classification and risk management processes. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience, enjoy working with technical and cybersecurity staff, have a passion for communicating about cybersecurity issues and initiatives, and be committed to continuous growth and development.
