## Description

* Perform strong Python development and debugging.
 * Understand and troubleshoot legacy codebases.

 * Perform strong root-cause analysis and production issue resolution.
 * Fix, maintain, and extend existing applications.
 * Follow established/legacy coding patterns and frameworks.
 * Develop new functionality in the same legacy style for compatibility and consistency.
 * Work with APIs, databases, logging, exception handling, and integrations.
 * Read code effectively and quickly understand undocumented code.
 * Provide production support and incident resolution.
 * Perform performance troubleshooting.
 * Balance "fix what exists" vs. "build new" without introducing unnecessary modernization risks.
