* 8+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Workday Security.
 * Hands-on experience with Security Configuration, Domain & Business Process Security, Roles, Groups, and Access Management.
 * Lead security design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with Workday HCM, integrations, and security audits.
 * Strong understanding of security best practices and data privacy.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Workday Security certification is a plus.
