## Description

* Own and resolve infrastructure helpdesk tickets
 * Build and maintain cloud environments with Terraform and Ansible
 * Troubleshoot Azure and AWS (VMs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, Backup Vaults)
 * Support software releases with the DevOps team
 * Automate deployments and improve processes
 * Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO27001, PCI-DSS)
 * Document fixes and share knowledge
