## Description

We are seeking an experienced functional engineer (Product Developer - Oracle HCM) to support key change initiatives and BAU activities within Oracle HCM. This role plays a crucial role in configuration and delivery of change items, BAU processes and ticket resolution for our employees to enhance and improve our core HR system., * Configuring key Oracle HCM Cloud modules-Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning & Performance, and HR Helpdesk-to meet evolving business requirements.

 * Demonstrating strong technical expertise to support innovative change requests, partnering with HR and Operational Excellence teams to explore and deliver impactful solutions.
 * Aligning system changes with the standard BAU calendar to ensure consistency with established HR processes and timelines.
 * Leveraging deep knowledge of HR policies and processes to identify and implement system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and compliance.
 * Overseeing Oracle quarterly releases and facilitating playback sessions to keep relevant business stakeholders informed and engaged.
 * Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements, translating them into effective configurations within Oracle and ATS platforms.
 * Partnering with internal teams-IT, Data, and Integrations-to ensure system design and functionality align with downstream impact assessments.
 * Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation-including user guides, standard operating procedures, and configuration workbooks-to support system integrity and user adoption.
