 * Execute system set-ups, breakdowns, and office moves
 * Handle conference room services, mobile devices, telephone systems, and voicemail support
 * Track user support requests and escalate complex issues
 * Pro actively identify and address technology-related challenges
 * Conduct preventative maintenance and procure technology supplies
 * Collaborate with IT vendors, other departments, and core IT teams on projects
