## Description

The Role: As Founding Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience across Farselt's products and client solutions. You will define how our products look, feel and function, ensuring usability, accessibility and visual excellence., * Lead UX and UI design across web and mobile applications.

 * Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
 * Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
 * Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
 * Champion accessibility, responsiveness and usability best practices.
 * Shape Farselt's design standards and visual identity.
