 * Travel: Must be able to travel UK wide.
 * Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure; keen interest in EPR systems, healthcare workflows, and digital transformation in healthcare.
 * Training: Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and certification in EPR systems and workflows (e.g., Epic modules) in the United States.

## Description

* Lead the planning, design, and configuration of Epic EPR solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational requirements.
 * Manage key aspects of system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues.
 * Provide hands-on training to clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills necessary for system use and ongoing support.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather feedback and refine system functionalities, driving continuous improvement.
 * Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system efficacy across patient pathways, ensuring system optimisation.
 * Support project management activities by prioritising tasks, managing timelines, and contributing to the successful delivery of key milestones.

This position offers exposure to complex client engagements and opportunities to refine consulting expertise while receiving comprehensive training and certification to develop EPR knowledge.
