## About the Role

The role is within the central admin/processing hub and will require the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail as well as good IT literacy. This role will see you assisting and supporting internal colleagues within a compliance/financial/admin type role., * Have min 1-year office experience - ideally from a regulated background (financial services, banking, legal etc.) although that is not essential

 * Will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable with speaking to senior colleagues face to face
 * Be IT Literal including Word and Outlook
 * Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
 * Confident communicator, both written and verbal
 * Collaborative worker, with excellent interpersonal skills
 * Strictly maintaining client confidentiality
 * Taking ownership on tasks and workload
 * GCSE's in Math's and English

## Description

* Initial set up of cases across various internal systems
 * Data entry onto internal case management system
 * Completion of various due diligence checks
 * Extracting data from one source and transferring to another
 * Preparing documents and reports from standard templates
 * Working to deadlines as specified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
 * Filing of documents into the document management system
 * Using a variety of information including email and diary systems
 * Liaising with other members of staff across different disciplines to ensure accuracy of completed work
 * Assisting with general office duties such as answering the telephone and replying to email
