Soft Skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a cross-disciplinary engineering environment., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Additional training or certification in INCOSE, MBSE, or project management is an advantage. ## Description This role is responsible to support the definition, development and delivery of Propulsion Systems (XHEV/BEV) systems, consisting of multiple hardware and software components, into OEM vehicles for our exciting, all new, Electrified Architecture platform. The ideal candidate will have virtual development and physical validation and integration experience of Powertrain/Propulsion Systems.
