## About the Role

* 3-6 years of networking/consulting engineering experience

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

 * Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center

 * Experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN

 * Experience with Software Defined Access (SDA) deployments

 * Experience with Fabric Enabled Wireless

 * Experience with Fabric-in-a-Box (FIAB) deployments

 * Experience designing, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco networking solutions

 * Experience creating High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), and implementation plans

 * Experience working directly with onsite technicians during deployments

 * Experience utilizing Jira for project tracking and status reporting

 * Strong customer-facing communication skills

 * Ability to provide daily project updates * Cisco Professional Services experience

 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network transformations

 * Financial services or banking industry experience

 * Experience building customer simulation or lab environments

 * Scripting and network automation skills

 * Experience developing reusable deployment tools, scripts, or technical assets

 * Knowledge transfer training experience

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Consulting Engineer for a top enterprise networking client supporting a major network transformation initiative. This candidate will play a key role in modernizing wireless infrastructure across a large portfolio of locations, beginning with larger enterprise environments and scaling across additional sites throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, SD-WAN, SDA, and Fabric Enabled Wireless technologies and be comfortable serving in a customer-facing consulting capacity. Responsibilities include network design, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment support while working closely with project teams and onsite technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility enterprise transformation program within a complex and large-scale networking environment.
