Workday remains our system of record, but this role is not siloed to it, you'll partner with business leaders, end users, and the owners of adjacent enterprise applications (e.g., Coupa for procurement, HighRadius for accounts receivable/cash application, and Salesforce for CRM) to design end-to-end business processes that make sense across the broader systems landscape, not just within Workday., Reporting to Director, Workday Projects & Financials, this is a high-impact role suited for a confident communicator who can engage directly with end users, lead small to mid-sized projects independently, and coordinate across cross-functional teams, including teams outside the Workday ecosystem, to deliver outcomes. The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 USD in addition to an annual bonus (5%), commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location. We welcome candidates based in both the United States and Canada; compensation for Canada-based hires will be aligned to the local market. The role can be based remotely, with a preference for candidates located near one of our locations in Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; Little Rock, AR; or Calgary, AB.
