## About the Role

We're looking for a Footwear Product Test Analyst II to join our team on the ground in Dallas, TX! This role ensures that Nike footwear fits and performs up to the highest standards. The candidate will need strong interpersonal skills focused on developing tester relationships. Exceptional planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects are a must. They will be able to analyze data and present subjective feedback in a concise and understandable manner.

 * Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
 * 2 years' experience in a professional working environment. Experience in the footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service industry is preferred.
 * Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline productions processes is a plus.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers.
 * Ability to work flexible and odd hours based on athlete availability.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with spreadsheet database and statistical analysis procedures.
 * Able to physically lift and carry items weighing 30 pounds.
 * Ability to travel regionally in your own vehicle to meet with programs and athletes.
 * Passion for sport is a plus.

## Description

You'll be the testing point person for prioritized footwear projects and will work with the Running/Golf footwear product creation teams to test new innovative footwear. You'll also work with athletes to gain a better understanding of their needs and to capture their feedback of the test models.
