## About the Role

* 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, specifically in Go or similar languages
 * Experience designing secure APIs with knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWTs, and session management
 * Proficiency with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and database management systems like Redis and DynamoDB
 * Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects across multiple teams, with effective communication skills
 * Experience in responsibly utilizing generative AI to enhance workflows and outputs

## Description

This role will own the design, implementation, and operation of authentication and authorization systems that support secure access across the organization's platforms. The engineer will build low-latency backend services, partner closely with product, security, and compliance stakeholders, and help create scalable self-service tools that improve both customer experience and internal efficiency.

The position also involves leading complex technical initiatives around modern access controls, while mentoring other engineers through design reviews and on-call participation., * Own the design, implementation, and operation of authentication and authorization systems

 * Lead complex technical initiatives including authentication tokens, passkeys, and biometrics

 * Mentor other engineers, enhance team skills through design reviews and on-call participation
