## About the Role

Seeking an experienced Utility Data Business Analyst / Data Consultant with hands-on experience supporting Electric or Gas Utility Customer Transformation / CIS programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with utility customer data, Customer Care/Customer Operations, data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, reporting, SIT/UAT, and cutover activities., * Public Utility / Electric Utility / Gas Utility experience

 * Utility Customer Care / Customer Operations
 * Customer Information System (CIS) transformation
 * Data conversion / data migration
 * Data validation and reconciliation
 * Reporting, dashboards, KPI requirements
 * SIT / UAT / testing
 * Mock conversion / cutover / go-live
 * Excel / PivotTables / data analysis
 * Business requirements gathering
 * Cross-functional stakeholder coordination

Strongly Preferred

 * Experience with multiple utility companies/projects
 * Customer-to-Cash / Meter-to-Cash
 * Utility customer data
 * Report rationalization
 * Data governance / analytics
 * Large-scale CIS or Customer Transformation programs
