Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated effective work experience maintaining a dynamic, active website. * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive web design, and content management systems, with the ability to maintain and enhance website content and functionality. Experience with Cascade content management system is a plus. * Experience applying information architecture, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and website optimization best practices to improve content discoverability, performance, and user experience. * Familiarity with usability and user experience (UX) principles, including evaluating and recommending improvements to website organization, navigation, and engagement. * Experience managing digital content. Reporting directly to our Communications & Events Operations Manager, the Digital Systems Specialist will support key digital communication and workflow tools by maintaining the Ellis website, managing digital signage content, and building and updating Smartsheet solutions to support day-to-day operations.
