Valued But Not Required Skills and Experience * Experience supporting WalkMe for Workday or another enterprise software platform. * WalkMe certification in Builder, Project Lead, or Program Manager roles. ## Description Sargent & Lundy is establishing a Digital Adoption Platform capability within the Training & Development group. In this position, you'll act as a singular internal digital adoption consultant and hands-on solution developer. Your initial focus will be supporting WalkMe implementation for S&L's new ERP in coordination with external implementation partner. Alongside this project and as the "go-live" dust settles, you'll help build the foundation for scaling DAP solutions to other software platforms by creating end-to-end governance for how S&L scopes, designs, builds, tests, approves, deploys, maintains, and evaluates WalkMe solutions. This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 12 months. Typical Activities Include: WalkMe Project Coordination for Workday Implementation (with support from external implementation partner) * Serving as the primary Training & Development point of contact for the WalkMe Workday implementation project . * Coordinating with S&L's external WalkMe implementation partner and internal subject-matter experts to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, co-build solutions , resolve issues, and maintain alignment with S&L's business and technical needs. * Managing project scope, schedules, risks, decisions, action items, dependencies, communications, status reporting . * Translating between business, process, technical, and learning perspectives so that WalkMe solutions are usable, maintainable, and aligned with S&L's intended Workday experience. Process, Governance, and Center of Excellence Development (with support from external implementation partner) * Defining and documenting a scalable end-to-end DAP lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, scoping, needs analysis, solution design, build, review, testing, approval , deployment, measurement, maintenance, retirement, and archival. * Establishing practical standards, templates, checklists, naming conventions, review criteria, approval gates, documentation expectations, and quality controls that align with existing Training and IT requirements. * Establishing a responsibility matrix and clear handoffs among subject-matter experts, process owners, IT, Training & Development, system administrators, and business stakeholders. * Supporting knowledge transfer to S&L staff so WalkMe solutions can be maintained and expanded after the temporary assignment ends. End-to-End Solution Analysis, Design, Development, and Continuous Improvement ( for Workday and other platforms) * Leading intake and scoping activities to understand the business problem, target audience, user journey, workflow, system context, performance expectations, error traps, pain points, and desired business outcome. * Designing solution proposals that define the intended user experience, audience segmentation, WalkMe capabilities, content types, workflow coverage, success measures, dependencies, risks, and maintenance requirements. * Creating journey maps, solution maps, storyboards, prototypes, content inventories, requirements documents, and other artifacts to communicate the solution vision and support stakeholder decisions. * Building , configuring , and troubleshooting WalkMe solutions that include a range of WalkMe features ( smart walkthroughs, launchers, smart tips, surveys, contextual guidance, validation, etc.) . * Configuring segmentation and personalization so that users receive relevant guidance based on role, audience, workflow, system state, or other appropriate criteria. * Documenting build decisions, configuration details, test results, known limitations, release notes, and maintenance requirements. * Establishing a recurring optimization and content-maintenance cadence that accounts for Workday releases, business-process changes, system changes, and evolving user needs. * Using WalkMe Insights and other available data sources to monitor engagement, task completion, workflow friction, drop-off points, error patterns, search behavior, and other indicators of user experience and adoption. ## Related Videos - [The user in the eye of the Cargo1492 storm](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/96-the-user-in-the-eye-of-the-cargo1492-storm) - [Microservices?
