* Proven ability to manage large-scale organisational change across complex global environments, with a strong knowledge of structured methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci
 * Exceptional communication and influencing ability as well as capability to manage resistance and build buy-in across diverse teams
 * Exceptional interpersonal and consultancy skills - you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivery excellence
 * Proven experience managing and being involved in large scale transformation projects
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Legal Services and/or Professional Services experience is highly advantageous
 * Relevant certifications in your area of expertise
