This will include areas such as looking at use cases where the GPA can deploy AI technologies to strengthen its operating model, delivery of its business plan and helping with its implementation. Staying connected to Government wide Ai forums, translating the Government Ai Playbook into "what it means for the GPA" and how we can use it to scale up our deployment, staying connected with Government wide Ai initiatives that can be introduced into the GPA, leading on show & tell sessions for the GPA etc. This unique role is designed to help bring Ai more to life and relatable to the GPA so the organisation better understands opportunities and focus areas. The successful candidate will harness advanced digital platforms and emerging AI capabilities-including Gen AI and Agentic AI-for intelligent automation that connects end-to-end processes and multiple workflows, as well as RPA for repetitive process automation. In line with the UK Government AI Playbook and Opportunities Action Plan, you will oversee the "Scan - Pilot - Scale" methodology to identify, test, and successfully implement innovative AI and automation initiatives that redefine public service delivery and workplace efficiency.
