This is an excellent opportunity for a digital professional with experience in website management, content publishing, analytics, and user experience optimisation to further develop their career within a purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the Website Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and development of the organisation's website. The role spans content management, website testing, reporting, optimisation activities, and stakeholder support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and content-focused aspects of digital delivery. The successful candidate will become the primary user of the organisation's content management system (CMS), ensuring website content remains accurate, accessible, user-focused, and aligned with organisational objectives., Website Development & Delivery * Support the Website Manager in delivering website enhancements, digital projects, and campaign-related initiatives. * Assist with the execution of A/B testing and website optimisation activities. * Analyse test outcomes and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement. * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website updates and new functionality across front-end and back-end environments. * Ensure all website releases are thoroughly tested and free from defects before deployment. Content Management & CMS Administration * Act as the CMS superuser, providing support and guidance to internal teams. * Build, publish, update, and maintain website content and landing pages. * Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices. * Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and coordinate with external development partners when required. * Develop and maintain CMS training materials and deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders. * Support content creation, including copywriting and content updates. * Collaborate with internal teams to identify new content opportunities and requirements. * Help expand and maintain website FAQ content based on emerging user needs and organisational priorities.
