## About the Role

I'm looking for an experienced Functional Architect with strong ETRM and Energy Trading domain expertise for a strategic architecture role., * Functional / Domain Architecture within Energy Trading or Utilities

 * Energy trading processes - Power/Gas, Scheduling, Nominations, Positions, Risk & Settlements
 * Architecture governance and tactical vs. strategic solution assessment
 * ETRM platform rationalisation and technical-debt reduction
 * Enterprise data, canonical data models & integration architecture
 * High-volume / half-hourly smart meter data and time-series modelling
 * APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture and modern data platforms

The ideal candidate will be comfortable challenging tactical decisions, defining architectural guardrails and ensuring individual use cases contribute towards a sustainable target state.
