 * Has demonstrated ability to operate as a subject matter expert for operational and sales data.
 * Has confidence making data quality and prioritisation decisions with minimal supervision.
 * Embraces the trust to manage business-critical data processes independently.

## Description

The Data Specialist manages the end-to-end handling, integrity, and availability of operational and sales data for Sales and Account Management teams. Working closely with the Head of Sales Operations, the role focuses on execution and operates with high autonomy. It is responsible for data operations, system readiness, and quality controls that ensure Sales teams can work efficiently and confidently.

The position delivers accurate data processes, consistent reporting, and reliable operational systems. It centres on data execution, analysis, and interpretation, providing stakeholders with dependable data and meaningful performance insights. Strategic decisions, commercial ownership, and business process design fall outside the scope of this role., * Work-Flow Management for all relevant Sales and Vendor data.

 * System Data Preparation
 * Data Management - ownership of the relevant area of Data
 * Campaign Data Preparation
 * Process vendor data files and Import Data into CRM requesting ad-hoc refreshes
 * Fulfil requests for Sales data changes within the system
 * Identify and elevate risk or failures
 * Providing insight to key stakeholders, * Data Operations & Workflow Control
 * Data Governance & Quality
 * System & CRM Data Management
 * Data Analysis & Forecast Observations
