You'll be technically astute, process driven, and capable of bridging the gap between systems, finance and operational teams. You bring a proactive, hands-on approach and are comfortable managing system configuration, user testing, data migration, and change management - while also supporting the wider finance team with business-as-usual operations., * Proven experience leading or supporting finance system implementations * Strong technical understanding of finance processes and controls * Track record of managing UAT, data migration, systems configuration, and go-live planning * Experience documenting processes and training non-finance users * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across finance, IT, operations, and suppliers * High attention to detail and process improvement mindset * Comfortable with hybrid working, with regular on-site presence as needed * Knowledge of change management and embedding new ways of working * Familiarity with integrating finance systems with other platforms * Previous experience in hands-on finance operations (e.g. management accounting, reporting) ## Description Citadel Source are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a high-impact, mission-led organisation to recruit a Finance Systems Implementation Manager on a fixed-term contract. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to lead on a business-critical transformation project, while also providing essential support to the finance function during a period of change. This is a hybrid role based near Bristol, offering the chance to make a tangible difference across the business by delivering a new integrated finance system that will support future growth, efficiency, and control., This is a dual-purpose role: * Leading the implementation of a new integrated finance system, ensuring the organisation achieves maximum benefit from the change; * Supporting business-as-usual finance operations during the implementation phase to maintain continuity and control.
