Required Technical Skills * OSS assurance and inventory systems. * Fault and alarm correlation. * Performance KPI modelling. * AIOps basics. * Data pipelines and data aggregation. * TMF Open APIs. * Inventory modelling and reconciliation. * Event enrichment and root-cause analysis. * Telecom topology and service dependency modelling. * Graph-based data models. * Python or similar scripting language. * API integration and event processing. Preferred Certifications * TM Forum Open API certification. * TM Forum Autonomous Networks training or certification. * ITIL, DevOps or SRE certification. * Relevant OSS, cloud or data engineering certifications., * Experience with ServiceNow, Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, IBM, Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, BigPanda or similar OSS/AIOps platforms. * Experience with graph databases, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge graphs. * Experience with Google BigQuery, Vertex AI, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch or similar platforms. * Experience enabling LLM-based network operations assistants or autonomous agents. ## Description This role focuses on building OSS intelligence and AIOps capabilities to support autonomous network operations.
