We are looking for a motivated, creative, and technically minded Junior UI/UX Engineer to help us scale and delight our users with our data analytics capabilities across the UK and international markets., Technical Skills * Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures. * Experience building data-rich, live-updating dashboards and interfaces. * Ability to work with design tools (Figma, Sketch). UX Skills * Solid grounding in UX principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics. * Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. * Understanding of accessibility approaches or standards. Soft Skills * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * High attention to detail and user empathy. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently. * Comfortable working in Agile environments, * Experience leveraging AI tools to help accelerate prototyping, design & Development. * Understanding of Linux and Dockerised environments including microservices. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing. * Experience of Android App development. ## Description The UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and building intuitive, visually consistent, and high-performance user interfaces for complex, data-driven systems. This hybrid role combines creative UX design with front-end engineering skills to deliver interfaces that support operators, analysts, and mission-critical workflows.
