## About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you shouldpossess:

 * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug issues and clearly explain your approach

 * Working knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js, preferably TypeScript

 * Familiarity withcloudinfrastructure, with experience working in one of the major cloud providers, preferably AWS

 * Experience with Git and a basic understanding of CI/CD processes

 * A confident understanding of the importance of testing in Software engineering

 * Ability to work in a structured delivery environment (tickets, priorities, deadlines)

 * A collaborative mindset,and open to feedback through pairing,coaching,reviews, and mentoring

 * Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, ask smart questions, and iterate towards solutions

 * Buildinfrastructure as code using AWS CDK, working with our serverless event driven architecture

 * Learn and develop on the Salesforce platform, developing batch jobs, and improvements to our quoting tools

 * Follow established Engineering development standards and best practices

 * UtiliseAI both in the software development lifecycle and in our solutions

 * Troubleshoot,investigateand resolve bugs/errors

 * Ensure our softwareremainssecure and robust
