This is an excellent opportunity for a networking specialist with experience across Meraki, LAN and WAN technologies who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and acting as a senior escalation point within a busy support environment. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of high-level incidents and service requests while providing technical guidance to 2nd Line Engineers and supporting the wider service desk with complex networking issues.
